Precision Gravel Shed Pads
The Apex Standard: Our 4-Step Process
1. Precision Layout & Overbuild We start by staking out the exact footprint of your new building, plus an additional 2 feet in total dimension. This provides a 1-foot perimeter all the way around, overbuilding the pad for maximum structural stability.
2. Clean Excavation Using a tracked skid steer, we skim out all topsoil, grass, and roots. We remove this organic material to prevent any "sponging" or settling in the future, ensuring your building sits on a solid base.
3. Structural Compaction We bring in high-quality compaction gravel to create the most solid foundation possible. To guarantee the pad won't settle afterward, the gravel is placed in lifts and compacted every few inches as it is built up.
4. Laser Grading & Site Finish We use precision laser equipment to achieve a perfect final grade. Once the pad is level, we smooth out any exposed soil around the edges, leaving your site clean and ready for your new building.
